EHRA Non-Faculty Position/Modification Request Form
This form is used for creating a new EHRA N-F position or modifying a current EHRA N-F position. There is a not a "SAVE" feature on our forms. For this reason, please complete the following Position Description Template found in this link. You will save this template and then upload to this form when you are ready to submit. You will note in the top portion of the Position Description Template there are a few questions that have (for HR Use). Please make a selection and if our HR staff needs to make any updates, we will notify you of those changes. You can find links for the EHRA N-F Subcategories and EHRA N-F Job Families along with Position Description Template Instructions and a list of the new Job Functions categories on our UBC website under HR Forms/OHR Forms - link. Please note on the Position Description Template the fields that have a # indicates that the information you provide on that field feeds into the posting recruitment. You do not need to add a department summary(primary purpose of the organization) in the position summary, this information automatically populates in ConnectCarolina when we enter your departmental number.
